Helpful Information
Billing & Insurance
Balanced Beginnings Pediatric Therapy is a Medicaid Direct provider.
We are not in-network with any private insurance plans. We do accept self-pay, HSA, and FSA payments and can provide a superbill if you wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement.
Balanced Beginnings Pediatric therapy is a small private practice that strives to provide more personalized care without the constraints of insurance policies. Private pay allows us to assess and treat the client in a timely manner, provide the freedom to decide the time and frequency of therapy sessions, and eliminate the administrative costs that would lead to high therapy rates.
This way, we can focus on what really matters—your child's progress. By keeping things simple and transparent, we can keep our services affordable and flexible, providing the best care possible for your family.
To begin services, a credit card, HSA card, or FSA card MUST be on file. Payment will be collected using the card on file every Friday of the week services were provided.
Medicaid Direct clients MUST provide a photo of your Medicaid card during intake.
